Meinl's BT27 is a stand-alone bell tree - a percussion instrument with 27 solid brass bells in an adjustable, black metal stand. The bells are mounted in the order of their pitch, as every bell produces a slightly different tone when you strike it with the included wooden beater. The bell tree features a chromatic tuning, and can be played both rhythmically and melodically.
