De Disney film 'Cinderella' kwam begin 2015 uit en was al snel een enorm succes! Dit boek bevat dertien van de songs die in de verfilming van dit klassieke sprookje voorkomen. De songs zijn geschikt voor piano, zang en gitaar. De melodieën met tekst zijn voorzien van een pianobegeleiding en akkoordsymbolen voor gitaar of basgitaar. De pianobegeleidingen staan ook als losse partijen in het boek. Componist Patrick Doyle was eerder verantwoordelijk voor de muziek van Disney's 'Brave' en ook de muziek voor 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' is van zijn hand. Als extraatje bevat het boek acht pagina's met kleurvolle foto's afkomstig uit de film. Deze uitgave is in het Engels geschreven, vandaar dat Assepoester in dit boek Cinderella heet.
