The Classic Vibe Series includes a range of affordable vintage Stratocaster and Telecaster models produced by Fender's daughter company, Squier. These electric guitars are characterised by a classic sound and look and fully indulge ambitious beginners as well as intermediate guitarists, delivering the round, balanced and powerful bark of three Alnico single-coils.
The Classic Vibe 60s Strat: Timeless Style
The finish, paint-matched headstock, tinted maple neck, and off-white tuning pegs combine to give this instrument its vintage feel. Meanwhile, the fat, responsive and balanced high-output sound of the SSS configuration is enhanced by raised magnet poles which, since they're closer to the strings, ensure balanced vibrational transfer across the board.
Squier
Stratocaster and Telecaster guitars and the Precision and Jazz basses are still the most recognisable Fender models of all time. Having been copied numerous times by many manufacturers and at various prices, Fender took matters into their own hands by establishing Squier in 1982 so that they could offer musicians affordable, Fender-quality-controlled models. Ever since, Squier guitars and bass guitars have been built according to Fender specifications and under the supervision of Fender themselves.
