This is the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Antique Silverburst: a signature electric guitar that's directly based on the original, 1979 Gibson Silverburst Les Paul Custom that was made in honour of Tool guitarist Adam Jones. Part of the Epiphone Adam Jones Art Collection, this limited-edition guitar features a reproduction of American painter Julie Heffernan's 'Study For Self Portrait with Rose Skirt and a Mouse' which comes printed on the back. So you can keep this highbrow model in mint condition - something you'll definitely want to do because only 800 will ever be made - Epiphone thoughtfully include a Protector Series hardshell case.
The Adam Jones Les Paul Custom: Vicarious
To make sure you can sound as singular as the living legend himself, Epiphone have built this artful electric guitar using mahogany for the body and set-in neck, maple for the top, and deluxe dark ebony for the fretboard. This mix of woods results in a warm yet defined core sound, while the snug-but-not-chunky Adam Jones Custom neck profile provides the playability needed to sling those far-out Jones-style licks and solos. Armed with a Reverse Mounted ProBucker Custom humbucker at the neck, a Seymour Duncan Distortion bridge humbucker and a set of CTS pots along with Orange Drop capacitors, this LP Custom spits tone for 10,000 days.
