Fender propose avec le Mustang GT40 un combo guitare à modélisation idéal pour un usage en répète. Équipé de 21 simulations d'amplis et de pas moins de 47 effets, il offre une palette de sons variée. Son plus grand atout est sans aucun doute sa connectivité Wi-Fi, vous permettant de télécharger des presets d'artistes de renom et des mises à jour du microprogramme. Il est, en outre, également possible de diffuser de l'audio via Bluetooth depuis votre smartphone ou tablette, ou d'accéder à l'appli Fender Tone pour ajuster les sons exactement comme vous le souhaitez.
GT40 : ampli de répète
Avec sa puissance de 40 watts et ses deux haut-parleurs de 6,5 pouces, le GT40 est tout indiqué pour un usage en répète. Si vous souhaitez jouer en toute tranquillité, vous pouvez brancher votre casque sur la sortie dédiée. Autre avantage intéressant, Fender a intégré un accordeur chromatique numérique, ce qui vous évite d'en emmener un avec vous lors de vos déplacements.

Que vous préfériez un son classique ou plutôt orienté moderne, le GT40 vous offre une polyvalence sans limite. Chacun des sons et effets embarqués est d'une authenticité remarquable, ce qui rend votre jeu plus dynamique. Remarques et conseils sur ce produitPlease note: Fender recommends updating the Mustang GT's firmware to version 1.3.5 or higher before first use. Click here for support. This update is necessary for optimal connectivity via WiFi and to prevent any complications with earlier software versions. GT amplifiers that were bought before the middle of August 2017 should be updated before 29th October 2017 in order to keep WiFi connectivity.

C'est ampli de maison est parfait en tous points.
Je suis déjà propriétaire d'un Yamaha THR10X mais celui-ci est très limité pour les beaux sons cleans type Fenderiens, c'est pourquoi j'ai voulu acquérir cet ampli compact.
Quel plaisir d'avoir des modélisations d'amplis Fender de qualités.
Les mods d'amplis Metal ne sont pas en reste non plus, j'arrive à obtenir des sons très proches de mon THR10X.
Là où le GT40 est au top c'est qu'il a plus de coffre malgré sa petite taille, sa présence est agréable on a presque l'impression de jouer sur un ampli classique (pas à lampes évidemment).
Ses fonctionnalités bluetooth et wifi sont très appréciables également, je m'en sers pour jouer sur mes morceaux préférés ou lancer les loops de batterie de Garage Band.
Je referai ce choix sans hésiter pour l'achat de cet ampli.

Très content pour l'instant de ce petit ampli : grande variété de sons disponibles, encore plus accessibles en ligne, plus tous ceux que l'on peut créer soit même. Son très sympa, largement assez puissant pour moi, sans souffle. Il est petit et ne prend pas de place, son design moderne est très sympa.
Produit livré en temps et en heure, bien emballé, le tout à un prix défiant toute concurrence : bravo et merci Bax !

Bon petit ampli. Parfait pour le travail à la maison. La fonction wifi et la possibilité de télécharger des presets sont un vrai plus. Le petit écran est bien lisible et l'ergonomie d'ensemble est bien pensée. Peu encombrant et léger, il très facile à transporter. A moins de 200 il n'y a franchement pas grand chose à lui reprocher.

Needed a new amp for use in the house, did the usual checking every available model but decided on the GT40 as it met all of my needs, by also purchasing the footpedal it allowed me the added joy of a looper to play with. Lots of presets, some of which are quite similar and some which bring the fun factor in. couldn't get over how light it was, this was a minor concdrn until I plugged it in - WOW! This little thing packs a big punch, the bluetooth is a huge plus along with the ability to download direct from Fender. would I recommend this amp to anyone - absolutely, it's a cracker.

What a wonderful little thing this amp is. My last amp was a Fender Concert (yes, that long ago) and although all valves and big noises it just was never convenient and I could never all afford all the effects pedals I desired. This little hunk of love delivers everything I need in a little box with all the whizz-pokery I need to emulate just about every noise I could consider. Setting up is easy and the interface is nicely presented on the amp and app, it just seems very well thought through. I deal with technology a lot and once in a while a piece of kit presents itself as one of those items that's just desirable, useful and practical, this to me is - so far - one of those items.

Erg mooi versterkertje, ben er blij mee. In alle opzichten de perfecte amp voor thuis, alle mogelijkheden en features die je maar kunt bedenken, veel modeling amps ingebouwd, blueotooth, wifi etc...
De juiste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding maar soms kreeg ik geen verbinding met bluetooth

Ik heb deze versterker aangeschaft voor thuisgebruik omwille van zijn verscheidenheid. Je kan makkelijk met bluetooth op je iphone de versterker afregelen; nieuwe presets downloaden of helemaal custom opslaan. De versterker klinkt goed, is niet extreem krachtig (dan moet je de 100 nemen) maar je kan er wel muziek op afspelen om lekker op mee te jammen. Wederom zeer simpel via de bluetooth, dus spotify of youtube, alles kan... zoek je iets makkelijk, stevig en goed afgewerkt maar ook veelzijdig, ben je hier perfect mee gesteld. Zoek je krachtig, dan zou ik voor de 100 gaan maar voor thuis is 40 voldoende voor mij.

The GT40 is a good value desktop / practice amp with loads of user adjustable parameters. While there have been mixed reviews about the sound quality of this amp, for me it sounds pretty decent for what it is. Plenty of tweaks to get just the right tone, and quite a few online resources now for tips and tricks. The Fender Tone app is very easy to use and feature packed.
Build quality is pretty good, and the unit feels sturdy, however plastic input jacks for all connections tells me the components that matter are far from being high end. Longevity will depend on how the user looks after the amp as much as anything!
Now for the negatives- Bluetooth latency is poor, so fine for audio only streaming, but next to useless if you want to stream the audio while watching a video (online guitar lessons etc) on your tablet/laptop. The aux in connection resolves this issue though.
However, sound quality when streaming audio via the aux cable or bluetooth is just horrible! No shortage of squawky mids that make your ears bleed, but no bass at all, even when using the equaliser functions on laptop / tablet. The treble end is acceptable for an amp with no dedicated tweeters.
A good rounded tone when using a guitar with the main input though, lows and highs are what you'd expect, and this thing gets pretty loud!
My particular unit is suffering (after about 3 weeks of owning) from a well documented fault of the volume dropping to about 50% when strumming a chord, then increasing to full as the chord is held. Possibly related to the headphone jack for my amp, but others have reported different symptoms. No known definitive fix as yet, could be firmware, hardware or a mixture.

Prachtige goedwerkende versterker!, mooi geluid en zeer goed voor beginnende gitaristen of voor de ervaren gitarist die gewoon lekker thuis wil oefenen met een kleine versterker.

Echt verschrikkelijk ding vond ik dit.. vond want heb hem geretourneerd.
Dat bluetooth gedoe en die app is echt niks voor mij, constant aan het connecten en met je telefoon bezig die telkens in slaap modus gaat..echt wat een ramp.
Je kan ook geen backingstracks via die app spelen wat in Fender FUSE op Mustang IV prima ging.
FUSE heeft zo zijn bugs maar ik verkies het met mijlen boven TONE app van de GT40.
De amp models zit ook ook echt zo goed als 0 verschil met de Mustang sterker nog de
distortion klink echt slecht op dit model waar dit op de Mustang wel oke was
(moet wel zeggen dat ik de 100W versie had).
De cleans/reverbs zijn wel echt super goed maar dat is ook echt zo'n beetje het enige goede aan deze amp.
Veder vind ik bluetooth en WiFi echt onzin op een amp, is dat ene kabeltje nou echt zo'n ramp Fender ?
Ik raad echt sterk aan om naar de Mustang IV V2 te kijken als je van plan bent deze te kopen.
De GT serie is echt 3 stappen terug van de Mustang in mijn ogen.
